A Parisian Snob

Time for a new Fab Fabrics collection!
All week, the Snob Boutique will feature a new fabric in the An American In Paris, Fab Fabrics collection...and a little trivia from the 1951 picture with Gene Kelly & Leslie Caron.

Without further ado...

The moment this fabric was introduced, I went nuts.

I knew that I had to use Tour De France along with a few other fab fabrics for a project.  Well that wish came true!

The black velvet cording and covered buttons are to die for!

Then two of these adorable square pillows side by side...love it.

Have you seen the the amazing movie?

Did You Know?
"Despite the objections of Gene Kelly who wanted to shoot on location in Paris, the movie was shot at MGM Studios in California, on 44 sets built for the film.  It was reportedly difficult for the studio to secure travel arrangements or locations for shooting.  Two shots in the picture are from Paris, but they don't involve Kelly."  -IMBD
